The Adjustment Method Of Injection Molding Machine

the injection molding machine is a main molding equipment for plastics or thermosetting plastics using plastic molding molds to make various shapes of plastic products. The injection molding products that have been machine-formed are widely used in various fields of the national economy. There are several reasons for the dissatisfaction of injection molding products:

 

First. Is the pressure, temperature and time of the injection molding machine within the normal range?

Pressure is a major factor in controlling the speed of die casting and the amount of material to be fed. If the pressure is too large or too small, it may cause insufficient filling and mold dissatisfaction. If the temperature is too low, the melt plasticization will be poor, resulting in molding failure. Insufficient injection time will also result in insufficient molding. When operating the machine, check the key data such as oil level, pressure gauge and temperature, and do the first check and then turn on the machine. Different types of products have different time, pressure and temperature settings. The “setting data of setting parameters” in the “Work Instructions” must be noted.

 

Second, whether the mold feed is smooth.

Mold is a precision tool for forming articles. It has very strict requirements on structural strength, stiffness and hardness, and processing precision. The feed port of the mold will cause pressure loss. If the pressure of the glue is too large, the roughness will cause dissatisfaction. Unbalanced distribution of mold cavities with thin shapes and complicated structures may result in insufficient fullness and may cause dissatisfaction in forming. The auxiliary injection port can solve the problem of smooth feeding and forming dissatisfaction.

 

Third, the mold is poorly exhausted.

The plastic pellets entering the mold cavity can be filled with gas pressure that is too late to be drained. It is possible to make full use of the slit venting of the screw or to reduce the clamping force by using the parting surface to vent, and if necessary, to open the exhaust channel or the vent.

 

Fourth, material impact

The sprue material after the crushed product of the unqualified product will have some differences with the raw material of the plastic grain in the cooling temperature, pressure and time. When the injection molding is performed, the molding will also be dissatisfied. When adding the nozzle material, the proportion of the feed is preferably controlled within 25%.
