Vertical Injection Molding Machine Maintenance

Maintenance is more important than maintenance. Adhering to good maintenance is the most useful way to reduce and prevent machine failure. The maintenance methods include:

    1. Adhere to cleaning to prevent wear, blockage, rust caused by debris and timely detection of oil leakage;
    2. The machine is somewhat lubricated to prevent mechanical parts from being worn. Smooth the movement and reduce the noise of the work;
    3. Manipulating Some Views Regularly check to prevent malfunction of electrical parts due to looseness, poor contact or aging;
    4. Some oil pressure can prevent the oil leakage of parts in time, thus preventing oil loss and product pollution;
    5. Correct adjustment of the machine can improve production efficiency, adhere to the accuracy of the machine, and reduce the loss of the life of electric or mechanical equipment caused by improper adjustment.

Maintenance of hydraulic system

In the finished product process, the injection pressure is a major factor in determining the quality of the finished product. Therefore, the stability of the hydraulic system is very important. To maintain the stability of the hydraulic system, it is necessary to rely on normal maintenance. The oil pressure system of the injection molding machine is generally composed of a pump, a hydraulic motor, an electromagnetic directional valve, a speed proportional valve, a pressure control valve group and several sets of hydraulic cylinders. The quality of the above hydraulic components is reasonable. Oil circuit design, well-organized piping and handling at an appropriate oil temperature of 40-50oC and good oil quality are the basic conditions for maintaining a stable and smooth hydraulic system.

In preventive maintenance

  1. Prevent the material temperature from melting under the set range, so as to avoid indirect damage to the pump and hydraulic motor;
  2. In order to prevent the use of pressure exceeding the maximum limit, the normal working pressure is 140kg/cm2(the working pressure of F-120 is 120kg/cm2);
  3. Clean the cooler regularly, at least once every three months;
  4. The pressure oil is periodically filtered to replace and clean the inlet oil net, inside the fuel tank;
  5. Always pay attention to the pipe joints, whether the hydraulic parts are leaking oil and check regularly whether the fixing screws are loose;
  6. Prevent heavy objects from being stacked on or on hydraulic parts;
  7. In addition to the guidance of personnel with professional knowledge, please do not unload any parts of the hydraulic system, or change the specifications of the hydraulic parts label, otherwise it is easy to reduce the service life;
  8. Ensure the internal cleaning of the oil, do not open the fuel tank filling port;
  9. Check the temperature value of the circulating oil at any time. When the temperature is too high, it indicates that the circulating oil is overheated.
